The return of the product is carried out at our expense if the customer found the product inconsistency at the new post office.
Exchange/return of bed linen is carried out within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt at the new post office. The integrity of the packaging, all tags and labels must be preserved.
There should be no signs of use on the linen.
We are guided by the current Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Products purchased in our online store are subject to return and exchange in the following cases:
Good quality product - the product was not used, its product appearance was preserved and the factory packaging was not damaged.
PAY ATTENTION! In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", as well as the Cabinet Resolution, SOME PRODUCTS OF APPROPRIATE QUALITY ARE NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN.
You can return these goods (refuse to receive them at Nova Poshta branches) only if there is a defect or inconsistency in the order.
A product with a manufacturing defect – the product has poor quality stitching or damage to the integrity of the material from which it is made, or any other defect.
If a factory defect is detected, if the product is available, we will exchange it for an identical product of the appropriate quality or refund the money, in this case we will bear the costs of sending the product.
Goods of poor quality purchased in our online store can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
